Caldbeck

Caldbeck village

Our Caldbeck community lies at the heart of God’s beautiful creation.  Situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park and with views over the Solway Plain as you climb out of the village, we have the best of both worlds.  Developing around the central church, St Kentigern’s, and expanding with housing and mills during the industrial development of the 17th & 18th centuries, there is much history and beauty in this little place!

Cornerstone @ Caldbeck

Our church community here is a small, faithful group who meet on a Thursday morning for coffee, conversation, scripture, prayer and worship. We are currently exploring what mission in action looks like in the village.

We meet in the school room, which is much warmer, while we explore what we might do with the larger chapel space next door.

Style of worship

Worship at Calbeck is about gathering around table and sharing God with one another in conversation, scripture and prayer.
